I'm a total rookie in excel (i have version 2002 or v10) and i would like som help on the following. The situation is that i use excel for simple thing as keeping a spreadsheet on times, when i run.

Therefore i have a column with dates, distance and time. A desired feature for me is to add the distance in one week based on the dates.

Ex.
2007.06.01 10
2007.06.03 8
2007.06.17 10
2007.07.01 10

The first 2 dates are both within cw23 and so the distance for that week is 18km. I can do it manually, but i would like it to be automatically calculated for the dates in my spreadsheet as well for the next dates i enter.

Anyone knows how to do this?
