    multiple page spreadsheet

    Hello everyone.
I am quite new to excel and have the following basic question.
I have a five page spreadsheet. Each page has the same layout - several columns of text, two columns of numbers and a final column of times in minutes and seconds. This final column I sum at the bottom to get a final time. I would like to add a sixth page which contains only the time column of each page as a kind of summary page. What I have done is created each separate page and then just cut and special pasted (Value ONLY) the column that I need to the final page making a five column summary page. The question is I would like to find a way of linking the columns in the summary page to the individual pages so that if I change a value in the first set of pages the final page is updated. This I would then like to make into a template so that each week I can produce a new set of data. I cannot seem to get this to work. Is special paste the way to go. Can I link one column to another, or do I have to individually go to each cell and = the information to it. Can anyone steer me in the right direction.

    Thanks. Xler.
