Block or freeze colum

Hi folks,

my question is... how do i freeze or block a colum so it will always be visible when i scroll to the right.

when i scroll to the right i alwys wanna see colum A.

but thats not the way i meant. there is another way to do that.
but i can't seem to find it anymore.
i've done i before and blocked colum A and row 1 & 2, so where ever a scroll to those 2 rows en 1 colum stay visible.
