LOOKUP problem

Hi,
Firstly the forum is an awesome resource, i have received alot of tips and help here.

Anyway my problem is that when using the LOOKUP cmd my array and result list dosnt seem to be lining up properly. i have 50 or so text values in column A and the exact same amount lining up in B, but they dont match up, wats happening?
I tried to generate the problem again to see what was going on and I came a cross this, i just dnt see why its happening.
