Eventually I would like to be able to create enough filters and a ranking system so I could port the spread sheet through this program > http://www.xcelsius.com/index.html
then find someone to host it on the web.

The nice thing about this is you could a slider for each column to select a number with the greatest "potential" and the page would dynamically reflect that in real time.

Here are the conditions that make up my lotto number selection.....

    1) Odd or Even nice pointer for final number selection.
    2) Number of times drawn in this column. Local hits.
    3) Total number of times drawn. Global hits.
    4) Deviation from the columns average.
    5) Skips...I use MDIEditor And Lotto WE to generate statistics for the numbers I enter. Skips is how many times that number hasn't been drawn. I want to eventually put this funtion in my spread sheet on a per column basis.
    6) Steps is the sum of 2 consectuative columns.... [B1+C1 = ] [C1+D1 = ] [D1+E1 = ] [E1+F1 = ]this is a good way to look for clustering and a great pointer for finale number selection. I compare the number with the average to get a pointer where the next 2 numbers sums may be.
    7) Range, average, popular range for each column.

I want to also include a prime number pointer that shows skips, and hits per column..... there are 12 primes in the range of 1-35... and only one is an even number.

Once I get all the conditions set, I want to "rank" or prioritize the various conditions so they return a value called "weight". The weight value will be assigned to a number then I'll sort all the possible numbers by the weight value. Then I'll be able to check the conditions of numbers I want to select using Crystal Xcelsius dynamic tools and charts..... with the dynamic sliders/charts/gauges/dials online anyone will be able to "test" their number selection for that particular lottery game. I think it'll work???????
