problem:linking cells

This is my first post and would just like to say hello to everyone on this forum.

My use of excel is purely recreational right now but i hope you can still help me with a problem i have.

ok here's my problem

i have a a sheet that has 12 columns with multiple rows of data that is imported from a webpage and updates itself...i also have 1 column that has data inputed by me and i would like to link my inputed data to the imported data so that if the imported data is refreshed and changes it's row position the data i have inputed beside it moves as well


any help on my little problem would be greatly appreciated

Is there anything you could use as an unique key in the rows of the imported data ?
