How to get cell to report it's own address?

I'm trying to write a formula that will reference the previous cell and thought I should use the OFFSET function. i.e =OFFSET(b1,-1,0,1,1). The problem is that I want the "b1" to be flexible and refer to the cell the formula is in itself.

Excel Help driving me insane! Any ideas gratefully recieved!
