I need help creating formula(s) for timesheet below.

Cell F8 = Sunday Hours

Cell H8 =Tuesday Hours - .25 hour
Cell I8 = Wednesday Hours
Cell J8 = Thursady Hours
Cell K8 = Friday Hours

Cell L8 = 40 REG Hours 2) I need Cell L8 to =40hrs (from Cells E8 tru K8)
Cell M8 = 1 OT Hours 3) I need Cell M8 to =OT Hrs (from Cells E8 tru K8)
Cell N8 = 41 Total Hours 4)I need Cell N8 to =Total Hrs (from Cells L8 & MK8)
