I am very new to Excel and would apprecate help with a spreadsheed to calculate Accruals..

The Tax year end in UK is 6 April to 5 April and for property accounts one needs to use accruals accounting, I am trying to build a spreadsheet whereby I can enter a monetory figure..
£110 on say 5 May that will calculate the split £ from 5 May - 5 April and 6 April to 4 May (over 365 day period).. I need to make lots of different payments and keep each for record.

Thus it would be easier if I put a total payment in on say 5 May and I would get out.. 5 April = ££££ (and) 4 May ££££.
