excel sales increase

Hello everyone,

I have created the below spreadsheet and I now need to calculate the sales increase and percentage increase and later create suitable charts to illustrate the figures

So how should I write the forumla which will show the sales increase(in cell G18) between 2005-2006 and the percentage sales increase ( in cell G20)

A newbie question I know but I'm new to excel

I am a new user in this site.

I have some basic excel experience. I would be glad if someone would give me some advice on what tutorial software can I use to study some more excel. I would be really greatfull, because I know little and I am expected to do lot at my work
