shift end down to highlight the rest of the sheet
hit Ctrl 9 (hides rows)
select column AB
shift end right to highlight the rest of the sheet
and press Ctrl 0 ( hides columns)

to unhide rows highlight the entire sheet (by clicking on the top left corner)and press
Ctrl shift 9
