Hi,

This is what I'd like to achieve. I have days in one column and next to it I've got a person. Below the sheet I want to display how many days that person worked in that month. If next to the day there is a + sign it means the person worked if there is a - sign it means the person didn't work.

I want the formula to count how many days the person worked. Please see attached screenshot.

How can I do this?
