    how can I get a screenshot of a page in excel to put into word?

    Hi,

    Press print screen on your keyboard and then go into word and paste in the
    picture. Resize if needed.

    If you just want a picture of a range of cells, select the range then SHIFT +
    Edit and Copy Picture.

    Or use the Camera Tool to take a picture which will be dynamic in Word.

    The Print Screen button will give a picture of the everything on the monitor.
    If you have several screens showing, you can get a picture of just the
    active screen by using Alt+Print Screen
