how do i email a file to a co-worker?

how do i email a file to a co-worker?

do it like you would any other e-mail, or pretend it's a picture,
type in the e-mail address and send a little note with it then click on attachments choose the file you want to attach then send it away.

From within the file you can use File / send to / as attachment
