How do I change my text direction to vertical on EXcell?

<Format> <Cells> <Alignment> tab,

Under "Orientation", drag the Text indicator to either +90º or -90º.

You can also type "Alt-Enter" after each letter in the word with just a
regular "Enter" at the end...........
