How to clear the cell borders ?

hello,

how do i clear all the cell border lines for the whole worksheet, i mean the default ones, i wish to put lots of texts without any borders with only the calculation part covered with borders.

i have this screenshot in the file attachment showing an excel worksheet without any borders, the problem is i dont know how to set them and i cant find any setting which enable me to do so

To remove the gridlines, click on Tools, Options, untick Gridlines, and click on OK.

To remove gridlines selectively, say only where you want to put text, yet leave the rest of the gridlines showing, colour the gridlines with the background colour (white). Select a range or columns and rows where you want to put text and use the Fill Colour (bucket symbol) to fill the selected ranges, columns and rows with white. The gridlines will merge into the white background and disappear.
