Remove duplicates in specific range

Hi all,
I have a table as shown below (attached file)

I would like to remove duplicates from A5 to , specifically in the "Index" column. However, if I use the "Remove Duplicates" function in the Table Design tab, it removes duplicates from the entire table, which is not what I want.

Could you please advise on how to remove duplicates only from that specific range?

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Not sure in 2016 version but from 2017 onwards when you use remove duplicates, it then gives you a tick box selection to choose which columns. Leave just the Index col ticked and the programme removes all duplicates in that column selected.

1.Load your table to the PQ Editor
2.Duplicate your table
3.In the Duplicate table, enact this Mcode
