Graph based on table how to enhance/ won't adjust properly

I am a newbie trying to learn on my own/setup a blood pressure monitoring spreadsheet yet i am running into an issue and its frustrating me alot. Attached is a screenshot of another spreadsheet graph for the same thing and how i want mine to look(graph only). Whenever i try to set up a graph based on my table with data it shows up on my sheet and has my values but i don't know how to change it to add a baseline line on the graph. Similar to how the one attached has a normal systolic baseline how do i get such a line for all three of my values on the graph. When i do try it just messes up the graph completely.

Screenshot 2025-01-04 202240.png- This is how i want my graph to look like with my data

Screenshot 2025-01-04 210005.png- This is mine. looks like crap in comparison

I have set up another table with the following formulas and named the ranges as dates, systolic, diastolic, pulse, nsystolic, ndiastolic, npulse respective, and using these named ranges to plot the chart:

You can choose the time of the readings (morning, evening or anytime) and average/maximum/minimum values of the blood pressure and pulse readings.

"... attached has a normal systolic baseline how do i get such a line ..."

    SolitaryCOworker,
Did you notice that on the template workbook, there are hidden columns E31:H52 with the data for the baselines? Also on Joseph's sheet, he used T5:V13.

If you click on a baseline in the chart, the formula bar will show such as:
    =SERIES('Blood Pressure Log'!$E$31,'Blood Pressure Log'!$A$32:$A$52,'Blood Pressure Log'!$E$32:$E$52,4)
    series name, x-axis,y-axis

You may right click in the chart area, choose 'select data' to examine ....
