Red face Trouble creating formula that can track maintenance costs across interchangeable purchases

    Hey Fellow Kids,

I have this spreadsheet I created for a football video game, tracking player information, club information, results etc etc
I am very basic with excel so most of the formulas in there I have made with the help of AI and so far it has worked fine but now I need to create a formula that can track a yearly upkeep value based on which items I have "purchased" and AI is somehow more confused than I am by it

I hope that all I need is a formula but I'm becoming quite convinced that the problem is my layout and that I may need to tear a good portion of it down and start again but I really don't know

The relevant sheets should be "Home Ground" "SHOP" and "Weekly"
The rest is mostly WIP or redundant stuff that I have earmarked for the future

this should be a downloadable/viewable link to the file

    ***More Info***
One of the particularly confusing things for me is how to get the total upkeep to differentiate between basic versions of a facility and the upgraded versions (See SHOP item ID SWF and SWF2)
I was thinking that it would be a vlookup combined with an IF? or maybe that I would need to restructure how the data is displayed but I really am at a loss.
A lot of this is quite messy (WIP) so I can only apologize for that but the basics should be quite easy to spot
For Home Ground a few of the columns are unfilled atm but I know where I'm going with that
The game is efootball for anyone who is curious
I've been banging my head against this for around a week now and I'm at a loss
Yes, I do have a life.

I would greatly appreciate any pointers that anyone can offer

Can also add to this post any additional information that might be required

EDIT: if you have any other tips then that would not be too bad either

Solved, structure change, AI got confused and sent me the wrong way with the structure, vertical items instead of horizontal
