    Help with creating a formula

    I need some help and I have been trying for days to figures this out with no luck. I'm trying to add the values of N with the corresponding name in E to get the full values of N. I also need a rule that when E is filled and f is blank, then the name under E gets the full value of the N Attachment 872876on that row. When E is filled and F is filled the value of that row needs to be split by 0.5. The formula has to go into AK2:AK11. Can someone please help? Please let me know if I need to clarify.
