How to calculate contest results

Hi guys,
I am trying to make an excel sheet that calculates the ranking in the fishing contests for our feeder fishing club in a small Bulgarian town.
I have written at the bottom of the columns (the yellow sector) what they must calculate. The same must be in the green and blue sector.
Can you please look at the file and try to help me, because don't know anything about the automation of the data?
