    Conditional Formatting

    Hi,
    I have a data as per attached sheet.

    I Column D is having value Y ,whole row should be of any color (say RED).

    Please assist.

    Select all range A2:Dnnn and Conditional formatting -> new rule - > use formula
    and as a formula use simple:
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.

    and choose formatting you wish (used Red fill in attached workbook)
    Note the addressing mixed mode - column address is absolute: $D and row address is relative 2
