How to repeat an action

Hi everybody,

I would like to automate what I have illustrated in the attachment through the rest of the quarter (90 days, June 30th would be the last day). As you can see, the date increases by 1 every 22 rows. In addition, I would also like the sum function also to repeat every 22 rows and be green. Is there a way to do this?
