    Cool Need some Help to Solve the formula of "Promoted" "Fail" or "Pass"

    Hi Teacher,
    In the adjoining XLSX file, in cell (U2) formula is working perfect upto 3 rows..
    In the (U5) I need a formula result as "Fail" in spite of "Promoted" because one cell contained the value less than 35..
