I have been lurking here for a long time and thought id say hi ... so hi.
I work in sales in a transport company and i am a novice / self taught excel user (I do love finding new things that this program can do), so i will have lots of questions over time.

I do have a query, my employer, despite multiple requests, refuses to consider getting a CRM program to help us with our sales tracking and general recording of information.
What I hope to find is a good solid Excel based CRM template that can generate individual pages from a common list that can be input and added to as needed. Our sales team is approx 12 people spread all over the country and it would be good if we could have a basic CRM to service our clients.
Is there something out there like this available that is known to be a good tool (prefer for free because the boss wont pay) or has anyone created such a document that they would be prepared to share?
I appreciate your help as always.

I appreciate you taking the time to do that.
Of course, Google was my first go to, but almost all advertised 'Free' Excel CRM templates are highly conditional and eventually result in payments being made.
I am hoping that someone may have created a version of a CRM that might be suitable for our needs and that they might not mind sharing with the greater community.

You could probably use Access for the same purpose. It should be a part of your MSO Suite.
