I own an insurance agency, I was foolish enough to listen to a Lead Management service on using there dialer system last year. With it came 5000 policy x-dates a month (for 3 months) to contact and see if we can offer an insurance quote. Well the system was not a 1 man operation system to use.
So here is my problem...I have all these leads, the format on how they downloaded into excel is as follows if they have more than 1 vehicle:
FIRST NAME LAST NAME PHONE NUMBER ADDRESS CITY STATE ZIP.......NUMBER OF VEHICLES MAKE MODEL VIN YEAR
VEHICLES MAKE MODEL VIN YEAR
VEHICLES MAKE MODEL VIN YEAR
I have been cutting and pasting the additional vehicles into the same row but I have over 8000 left to do. I have already created additional headers V2 V3 V4.
Is there a way to move the extra vehicles to the same row as the rest of the data?
I already have a customized CRM so I can import the data but I can't get the data to import with the current format...please help...!
