    Add leading zero to a cell which shows value of time greater than an hour in HHMMSS format

    Hi all...!! I am working on a report where I have to show defects of people who exceed the 1 hour time. I am attaching the file and need help on it.
    People who does not exceed 1 hour time for them, I am adding leading zero to match the format however the same formula is not working for the cells which has a value of more than 1 hour of time and gives me #VALUE error.
