    Unhappy Tracking PTO only

Hi everyone... I am new to the site... and I have a huge problem.

    I need a template:

    PTO
    0 to 3 years = 3.70
    3 to 7 years = 5.24
    +7 = 7.78

I am doing an audit for PPE 01/05/14 to PPE 11/15/15 and I need to show the calculations from one year to another:
    example:
DOH PTO Bal Per V99 Accrued 2014 PTO taken PTO Bal PTO accrued 11/15/15 PTO taken PTO bal PTO bal per V99 11/20/15 Diff
    09/4/13 33.20 96.20 28.00 101.50 88.80 32 158 144 14.30

I need the formula for the accruals for PTO accrued 2014 (I think it is =Sum(3.7*26) and PTO accrued 11/15/15 (i think it's =Sum(3.7*24).

However I need the formula .. I have a few that changes accruals in the middle of the PPE i.e DOH 12/08/08, 11/28/05 or 10/11/10.

If you can please create a spreadsheet, I really would appreciate it please see attached sheet. I don;t know how often you respond to the posts... But I really need a response soon.....I am very appreciative for your help and support. I await your response.

    thank you

    Re: Tracking PTO only

I don’t think its that simple. I think you have to have a formula to calculate how many tears the employee was with the company as of the first day of that year. Then you calculate how many weeks out of that year that they worked. That number times the accrual rate should give you accurate data. I made you a helper sheet on sheet 2. Then the results are in the verification column next to the 2014 pto accrued. I am not sure exactly what you are looking form but I think I may be able to help.
