Question regarding cost distribution

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding cost distribution i hope you can help me with.

In the attached file ive set up a cost distribution that will distribute my adm. costs to different projects based on income on each project.
The question is:
If want to do corrections in F collumn without altering the total amount. Then instead spread the cost out on the other projects.

Are this someting you guys could help me with?

I am going to recommend using Excel Tables because you can add or delete rows and the formulas automatically copy in. Also tables have an "addressable" total line. The formulas know where this line is at all times even when rows are added or deleted. Another advantage of excel tables is that the formulas are "natural language," that is, the use column header names instead of cell references.

As far as "locking in" the amount of admin costs, figure out the percent of total cost based on the new cost (old cost + corrections) and multiplying this by the fixed 150,000 amount.
