Creating a new spreadsheet with select data from a previous spreadsheet

I think i posted this in a wrong section so here goes again:

I'm currently struggeling with a formula and am hoping that one of you excelguru's can help me finish this.

I'm working on a formula that does the following:

In column I there are matches. An example is ZWO-DOR. I want to create a formula that tracks column I whether or not the term ZWO is present and if it ís present to do the following:

If the term HER is present as i stated above, i want to create a new spreadsheet. In this spreadsheet i want to fill 2 columns: One with "player" and one with "second". Basically i want a table in which it shows which player has the ball during which second. The seconds are located in column A and the name of the player is located in column E.

The result should be a new spreadsheet with a table that contains the secondnr derived from column A, and the playername derived from column E. I enclosed an example file so you can see what i mean.

Can anyone tell me how i can pull this off? I'd be terribly grateful for your help!
