I have a column showing projected figures in date order. Beside it I have a column which will be filled in on a monthly basis. I would like to hide the projected figures until the actual information is added so the figures can then be compared. I have tried 'conditional formatting' and some of the 'if' functions but have failed miserably to resolve this problem.

Has anyone any ideas? It is probably simple to those that know but it has completed eluded me!
