Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)
Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

If I understand you correctly, this formula will do what you want...
=COUNTIFS($E$3:$E$18,">=50%",$E$3:$E$18,"<=55%",$F$3:$F$18,"win",$B$3:$B$18,B23)
However, your dates in B3:B13 are 2013, but the dates you are looking for are 2014

Oh sorry for that.. bcoz i just type in the date so it results for 2014..
Sir, the dates Nov. 4, Nov. 14, and Nov. 16 was not given.. sorry if misunderstood.. i just put the possible solution but i also need a formula in order for me to result for those dates at the same time the number of "win" base on the next day...Thanks for the title change
