Finding the cell address and value in a range

Hello everyone -

I am trying the find the value and/or the cell address of data in P1 in a range of cells (a3:n72).

Can somebody help me with a formula to get either?

Say, I need to find the cell address/value of the dates in COLUMN P in the range A3 to N72 and have them reflect in COLUMN V.
