Help on Precedent cells

Why is this custom format cell 0"-"0 showing different results in the precedent cells? 4-6 shows 46, 3-1 shows 31,,, 1-1 11 and so on....

There was no need to post a new thread, you just needed to change the title on the other 1. And perhaps you missed this on the other thread?

Also, please include a sample workbook so we can see the data you are working with

Well I cannot send the workbook it is not easy, it has about 12 worksheets all are precedents and dependents cells.
This time I will give up
