Time analysis on projects

Does anybody have a spreadsheet that analyses time spent on various projects.

It would have a time entry worksheet; person, date, hours, project code, type of time, comment

Then it would use this informaiton to analysis the time spent by type of time on each project with perhaps summaries, etc...
