need help Revealing control characters (RS, LF, US etc)

i have people copy and pasting cell from Excel into an ERP system and hidden characters that cause errors are migrading over, all the while remaining invisible until i copy into notepad++

so basically any hidden value or character must show

i would like to have these characters visible right in Excel so i can easily remove them.

please help!
