column to row conversion

Hi ,
i want to converts the numbers in column to row how to do that ...
i have a thousand numbers 1 to 1000 in column, i want to converts this into rows like first line should contains
1,2,3,4,5,6,7
8,9,10,11,12,13/14
like this i want please help me to do this. please find the attachment..
