I have created a file with charts and pivot tables using data pulling from a SharePoint list. I first created file in xlsm format, the file is now getting quite big, 6MB, I wanted to cut down the file size by saving it to xlsb format. The problem is when I open the newly save xlsb file, Excel just keep crashing. Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
What is the size rows/columns of the source file (Sharepoint File)?
Set the Calculation mode to manual and try to open the file.

There are 2 SP table sources, it's only approx 70 columns by 1500 rows. So I beleive the size is not the cause.
Tried set the file to manual calc before saving to xlsb, still the same problem. Excel crash on opening the xlsb file
Is there any VBA codes in that workbook?
yes, there are vba codes in the wb and pivot tables and charts too
Can you please share the code which resides in ThisWorkbook code window?
