    If value in cell, then compile list, exclude cells with no value

    I'm looking to make a shortened list based on a long list of items. If the item has a value, then it be displayed in the list on the left. Currently i have to copy and paste each individual line(since the destination contains merged cells) from the right(red cells) to the left(comments).

    Please see the attached screen shot for a better idea.
