Conditional Formatting

In the attached, I am trying to create a rule for the business I am running. I need a rule applied to the entire column if the upcoming review says past. I need every row to have a strikethrough (line through the word) for the entire column that shows Past. In the attached row 6,8,11,12 will have every cell have a strike through.

I also need to have the review date formatted to blue text if the review date falls on a saturday or sunday. Not sure how to make a rule for this.
