Guys,

This is probably a simple question, but I am brain farting here.

I have a pivot table that I have used in 3 various files and all have the same format. A field that is broken up by column has either a 0 or a 1 in it, and I am counting the instances.

One of my pivots only has 0's and no ones.

However, in doing a summary and comparing various months files, I need to 'build' the table to look the same way, but show no data.

Is there a way to have the phantom selection, without having to 'fudge' the data table to have the '1' appear?

Dont want to re-invent the wheel, but be able to show the blank column in the pivot table.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
