Selecting only the top 20 visible entries from a filtered list

Hello

I have a list of data (call it batch codes) on a sheet (sheet 1) which I apply various filters to get different outputs.


On another sheet (sheet 2) I want to look up the top 20 batch codes on sheet 1 such that if the filter changes the top 20 also reflects the new output as the filter changes.

At the moment the top 20 (on sheet 2) also displays the invisible batch codes from the filter and cannot work out how to shuffle up the batch codes to ignore the hidden batch codes on sheet 1...

So essentially what I am after is the top 20 even if the filter criteria changes

Any help on this as I am getting some heat from my boss!
