get value from an email and paste it on the excel

Hi

Just want to consult this, if is it possible to get the value from a specific email and paste it over the excel file.

for example

i have an email with subject: Number of Calls and the body was A total of 1871 calls have been loaded successfully.

Now, i just want to get the "1871" calls from the email and paste the value in Cell A1 in my excel file.
