Consolidate data and merging it...

Hi everyone I have a problem...I am thinking that excel can do this trick... I have attached file here merge_data.xlsx,
As you can see, in "collected_data" sheet there are entry ID or names are the same because I consolidate it...I have put only one family here for
sample but in realty I have thousand of family list...and in the second tab which is "conso_data" tab, here in this tab only 1 family roster I have put it
because this is only family in the first tab I have putted, and my problem is on how do I get those data here in second tab with less time or is there any
short trick to make it fast or formula?....
I have done some trick but there is zero in cells, I want in the cell if blank then blank, if it has a data either number it should number or letter it should letter...if it is zero then zero.. or if it is blank then the cell should be blank...
