    Matching Cells

In column A - F, I have just my data. Cell H1 is where I enter the team I am looking for.

In column J, it will look in column D and column f to find it and if it matches.
Column K will then take the date from column B if j and h match.
column l will then take the team it is facing.

Does this kind of make sense? I did an example in the excel file attached.

    and copy down

    L2:

Doesn't help the date. I'm not trying to input that manually.
