Dynamically create columns for each month

I have attached a xls file. My requirement is that when I entered the value at cell A1, according to the month equal no. of columns are allocated with date in the top row. As for example if I put 01-02-2014 at cell A1, then there will be 28 columns with 01-Feb, 02-Feb.... in the top column. Can anybody show me some guidance ?

    =IF(B4="","",IF(MONTH(B4+1)=MONTH($A1),B4+1,""))

put that in C4 in your example and copy across.
