Simple Pivot Table query.. getting 2 values with filters

Hi

i am attaching a sheet that contains
row1 is user name
row 2 is disposition

now i need summary of all users with total count of summary with total count of of particular disposition. eg: dispatch disposition.

Either you use two pivot tables (one for total one for specific disposition code e.g. Dispatch) or you filter the report with disposition code: all and then Dispatch

sir i want to summarize both of them together.. if i have 2 tables i cannot do it..

i want total count of dispositions and total count of only dispatches

yaa ok so how did you do it...

if i wanted one more disposition

for eg: total dispatch , total already hangup and grand total..

can you tell me procedure to change combination as per my requirement

there are hidden columns. just unhide the ones you need.

I am not aware of, at least not now. if you want, you can just unhide all columns and pick the info you need.

No I wanted without hide.. Because holding will not be useful in big data.. Can you find and update me

select columns A to O (click column A and then drag the mouse until column O) and then right click on a column and then click Unhide
