Wrapped text not visible

I have the following workbook that has potential to display large amounts of text, particularly in the NOTIFICATIONS section. Despite the cells having Wrap Text selected, only a single line of the text is visible while the rest is only displayed when the cell is clicked. Can anyone help? Thanks

i think it has to do with your merged cells in those rows. When I unmerged them it wrapped the text and auto sized the cell to fit the text.

None that I can think of but maybe someone else with a better skill set than I have. You can keep many of the merged cells that you have and virtually an identical look without those set of cells merged (duty officers, notifications, roll call and alpha shift could be almost identical). It would create problems for your cells at row 31 and below.

I have found that Format Cells, Alignment, Horizontal: Center Across Selection works much better than merge and center. The only drawback that I have found with Center Across Selection is that the text is centered and cannot be changed to left aligned. However, Center Across Selection doesn't seem to interfere with calculations.
