Retrieving the sheet name to the left of the active sheet

How can one retrieve the sheet name just left of the active sheet?

I am getting an error on the LeftTab = ... (Error #9 subscript out of range)

To insert the value of the tab name into a cell one should only have to(see below) correct?
Range("R1").Select
