Excel to notepad conversion help

Hi I have an exel file as
AU0000XXXOH9 ALTONA MINING LTD 0.8951
BMG045XXX097 ARCHER LIMITED 4.94
BMG0672XXX32 AVANCE GAS HOLDING 123
BMG1073XXX99 ATLANTICA TENDER DRI 8.6
BMG1190XXX02 BW OFFSHORE LIMITED 7.33
BMG1738XXX13 BW LPG LIMITED 58.63
BMG3682XXX77 Frontline Ltd 22.9
BMG4032XXX45 GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP 13.89

When I convert it to notepad my third coloumn values merge in second as

AU0000XXXOH9 ALTONA MINING LTD 0.8951
BMG045XXX097 ARCHER LIMITED 4.94
BMG067XXX032 AVANCE GAS HOLDING 123
BMG107XXX099 ATLANTICA TENDER DRI 8.6
BMG119XXX002 BW OFFSHORE LIMITED 7.33
BMG173XXX013 BW LPG LIMITED 58.63
BMG368XXX277 Frontline Ltd 22.9
BMG403XXX045 GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP 13.89


I need equal spacing for all the rows between second and third coloumn.

Have look on what you posted - no difference.
So probably you copy and paste and ... cells valueas are separated by tabs not by spaces.

Some suggestions:
save your excel file in txt format
or
in D2 write formula
=A2 & " " & B2 & " " & C2
copy it down. select column D, copy and paste into notepad.
